Severely sick and all alone

I had to take off work today because every time that I woke up and moved I vomited. My SO had to go to work so he left me here alone. He is checking in whenever he can, but I think I just need someone to be here to take care of me. I can at least make it to the bathroom, but I spewed, and painted everything pink. Ugh. And to top it off, I am on my period with some serious cramps. I feel pretty helpless.
