Could i be having early symptoms?

Question

My last period was the 24th of January..I've had sex with my boyfriend multiple times..im having some symptoms (craving,nausea,fatigue,mood swings,headaches,light cramps..im also having nasal congestion as i had with my first 2 pregnancies)..could i actually be having symptoms this early

**I ask because with my first 2 kids i didn't have any symptoms but cravings and fatigue.**
