Codependency & No Self-Esteem
Does anybody struggle with codependency?
I'm learning that I base my self-esteem on things I have, how I look, etc. I'm constantly comparing myself to other people and instead of being happy for them I am usually jealous. I hate these negative feelings. I just want to be happy.
