Does anyone practice natural birth control? I'm looking for any advice or tips on this matter. I hate the way hormonal bc makes me feel and the side effects. We use condoms on my fertile days. I've had ocos in the past but was lucky to have 2 kids without any <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility treatment</a>. My SO and I don't want another baby just yet (it will be his 1st) but it definitely is something we want to happen in the future.
