Trying to help Glow help me-- when do you guys tell the app your period has officially started? I 'spot' the tiniest bit for a day and the next day AF is fully here. Should spot day count as day 1 since it's clearly the commencement of AF, or should I have <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period calendar</a> have day 1 as the first 'real' day when tampons are needed? Help!
