Labor near?

Ive been having this feeling that labor is going to happen soon even though it's too early! I've had a lot of cramps, back pain, and diarrhea. I went to the doctor and she said that my cervix is still high and closed. I'm getting a cervical ultrasound soon but I wanna know if maybe I'm just sick or crazy. Any advice?

Ive been having those same symptoms too! TMI but so much fricken diarrhea!!! I was dilated to 2cm and 50% effaced at my last appt. And baby is dropped and engaged. We shall see if I have progressed at my appt tomorrow! I'm really hoping so, all her movements physically hurt me now at 37 weeks!

I told my husband about a week ago that I know he isn't coming on time. I just feel like he's gonna come early or he'll come late and I'll have to be induced. We're driving across the country in a few days and my husband keeps saying "I feel like he's gonna come when we're in the middle of nowhere like Kansas". Really hoping that's not true.

I've been having those symptoms too... I think it's just our bodies getting ready. Although I've had The feeling that she is going to come early as well.

With my first I was sure he was going to come early. He was born a day before his due date. I think it can be pretty common to feel like that. Even though I was uncomfortable and even went it at 35 weeks for regular contractions, he didn't come early. I'm not saying yours won't, but that was my experience. It helped me get everything ready for him, though.
