Did anyone with Fertility issues get pregnant after D&C without ever getting a period? My doctor avoided the topic when I asked him about it. I've heard women are more fertile after being pregnant, but there is no medical research behind it. I know it's probably not going to happen, but I'm really hoping for it. I've read lots of stories online. Maybe I could be lucky enough this time? It would be really great to avoid more Fertilty treatments.
