The fiancé and I are on our second month ttc.  We both began vitamins/supplements about a month beforehand.

Me:
Prenatal, Vitex, L-cartinine, L-Arginine, Zinc, Bioactive Folic Acid, Yucca, probiotics, DHA and EPA (plus mucinex during fertile week)

Him: 
Mega Men, Zinc, L-cartinine, L-Arginine, Bioactive Folic Acid, Magnesium, DHA, EPA and Maca Root

My husbands count motility and morphology have improved dramatically over the past few months while taking lots of supplements for it but were trying iui now for the first time with much better chances thanks to vitamins!
