Short luteal phase??

Question

So my cycles are usually 25 days and after using ovulation tests I've just found out that I don't get a positive until cday 14-15. Meaning my luteal phase is only 9-10 days. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm starting to think it could be the reason why I'm not getting pregnant.

Acupuncture worked to lengthen my luteal phase :) Also try vitex but find a reptuable herbalist to guide you as taking it willy nilly will mess up your cycles! Good luck

Yep it could definitely be a problem. It's called a luteal phase defect. Try vitamin B12, it helps to lengthen it
