2 Light skinned patents having dark skinned baby?

Don't get me wrong! I would be as happy with a white baby as any other color or race! Al babies are beautiful 😍 But me and my baby's dad are both white, only his background is odd. His dad was dark-skinned but he is 100% his mom's appearance! Blond, green eyes and light skin. Only I believe he could be carrying his dad's genes. Is the chance big that I'll have a dark-skinned baby? Or will my baby have the 'strong white genes' his dad got from his momma?

If a Nigerian couple can have a blonde hair blue-eyed baby [recent news story] I'm sure it's possible. 
I don't really understand what you mean by "strong white genes" seeing as dark hair, said eyes, and dark skin are all dominate traits.

Well... it's possible for two white people to have dark skinned babies. Read up on it, all it takes is a trace bloodline. So yes it's possible your child may have traits from your husbands father! That would be awesome.

Both my oldest child's dad and I are lighter and his mom's skin is darker...our daughter has her grandmother skin color. It is possible

I have a friend who's mother is white and father is black. She has a lot of brothers and sisters and they all came out dark with dark eyes, she ended up very fair skinned, blond hair and green eyes. She had children with a light skinned black man and all her kids came out dark except one who came out with dirty blond hair and green eyes... Very fair skinned. Genes are funny, you never really know

Depends on what is dominant. I'm not a genetics expert but look up Punnet squares and you'll understand the probability that anything is possible not 0%.
