If I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks, does that mean for sure I won't need D&C? I've had mild bleeding (less than normal period) plenty of small- medium clots. Lots of mild cramping. But nothing extreme like everyone else reports. Is it possible because lost it so early that I don't really have much to pass? I'm really lost here. Have doc appointment in 8 days
