Which pain medication works best for you?

I'm just curious what works best for everyone. I'm allergic to ketorlac (Torodal) so I'm afraid to take other NSAIDs. Percocet 5-325 mg works best for me!

Ibuprofen and Tramadol works wonders for me.

My pain gets so bad that it can take up to 5 full doses of dilaudid and 15mg of morphine before the edge is taken off. But otherwise, when it's not so bad, Percocet, 1g of Tylenol, tramadol/oral morphine, and naproxen work. But it knocks me sideways so I have to stay in bed when I take them.

Tramadol! Percocet just wires me! This just takes the edge off and you can rest!

I've always just taken 3-5 Advil as soon as I feel the slightest of cramps come on, but now I need something stronger. It's not working. What do you all recommend?
