My ob confirmed I'm having real contractions with a non stress test a few weeks ago. She said not to worry unless I get 6 in an hour. I've been having lower back pain that keeps me up at night and nightly very strong contractions. Last night I thought this was it. My contractions were painful (but not super painful) and wrapping around from my lower back up my belly.  They were every 10 mins for an hour and a half. Walking, chugging water, laying down all the usual stuff didn't help, but just as I was about to call my ob they slowed way down. When I've called my ob before about problems they tend to blow it off and last time she said come on you remember what contractions were like. With my first I went from painless bh to excruciating pain as soon as my water broke. There was no inbetween. So my question is this. I'm clearly not in labor today, should I still call and tell them or wait for my appointment next week and bring it up? I'm 35 + 4 weeks.
