I use my fitness pal to log food and weight. I love how it breaks down the nutritional content in the foods so while making sure you are eating within your calorie range you can make sure you are getting a proper balance of vitamins and minerals too.

Sworkit Pro. There is a free app too. It gives you everything from stretching to cardio to yoga and Pilates to strength training. It's a great app.
