Does anyone take insulin ?

Just started taking insulin 3 times a day for GD and it's still not under control anyone else experiencing this?

I have GD and mine is controlled by diet. So sorry you having to take insulin 3x a day and it isn't working :( that must be so hard.  How many weeks are you? Must be your hormones. Hopefully your GD will get under control soon, that has to be so hard.

Not experiencing this but wanted to wish you the best. I had GD my first pregnancy...diet controlled. Was tested at 16 weeks this pregnancy and so far am in the clear. Getting retested at 24 weeks.

I am taking insulin. I have type 2 diabetes and had gd with my son. I have giving myself insulin three time a day and went to my pcp today, I see my OB tomorrow, and she uped the doses and add another dose at bed.

I'm on insulin 2 times a day and metformin 500mg tablets 3x a day. My after food levels are getting better, still not ideal though but my fasting (before meals) levels are still to high so more insulin for me they saying.

Does anyone take insulin ?
