Ask your doctor.  I had just bought several yogi brand cold and throat coat teas when I found out I was pregnant and told to discontinue using them.

I had the same question after trying to find some teas to fill the void of no longer being allowed coffee. I plan to speak with my doctor at my first appointment in a couple of weeks, but in the meantime, I researched a bit and found some helpful information about which herbs to avoid in a tea when pregnant and which are considered safe and even beneficial for the pregnancy:

Boiling water with lemon and honey is probably ok as long as the honey is pasteurized and you don't have any précis ting issues with those two things.... But check with your doctor.
