Do you trust birth control?

If I was not married and sleeping with random people or in a relationship with no plans to get married.. I wouldn't be that trusting of birth control because I wouldn't be in a position where I'd by any means want to get pregnant. But since I am married and committed to this man for life.. I trust it just fine. Because if we were to have an "oops" it would be fine and we'd be able to care for another bundle of joy just fine. It'd be hard but possible!
