Inducing @ 39 weeks because of "high" amnio fluid levels?

Question

My doctor suggested inducing because of "high" amnio fluid level (10cm) so that they could have a better control of my baby's position (he keeps on flipping because of all the space still available).

Is this a legitimate enough reason? I don't have diabetes, no other problems besides this - no swelling, no back pain, 22lb weight gain.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and the first was no problems - vaginal, quick and easy.

Induce or wait? Doc is leaving the decision up to me.

Depends how you feel. 
I'm not all for induction but if baby is healthy, and I am beyond uncomfortable I would possibly consider. 
Babes is most important. You could wait and have the same result anyways.

If it was my choice I would wait. I know that there are things you can do to keep your baby in the proper position.

You might as well "wait" and induce later if you still need to if baby doesn't come but at least give bubs a chance :-)

I would wait. You have until 42 weeks to be max term.

I would avoid it if you can. What I've read about inducing is that it doubles your chance for a c-section.
