I'm 4 weeks pregnant today and feel a pinching in my lower abdomen every now and then, almost a ticklish feeling if that makes sense. And on another TMI note, and irrelevant, but my right boobs feels more tingly and sore than the left. Why might that be? They both feel full and tender to the touch, but the right one is more sensitive than the other and I refuse to let my SO touch it as much as I do the left one.
