Pain under bump

I've been cleaning today as I had a sudden nesting moment... nothing strenuous just hoovering moving and sorting bits. No heavy lifting but now I have the most horrific pain under my bump like my uterus is going fall out. I am only 23 weeks and so scared to move incase it triggers something. Iv tried lying down on my back , side etc nothing seems to work. Anyone else had this?
