First time mummy's

I'm 30 weeks and pregnant with my 1st baby, I feel I know nothing about what's gonna happen, ie with labour what signs to look when going on to labour or anything obviously I know it's going to come out!! My midwife hasn't mentioned a birthplan or anything!! I'm very excited but very scared at lack of information!! Am I on my own or do others feel like this xx
