Hey looking for some help!

I have been trying to lose weight but I am actually gaining it I don't know what to do I have been eating healthy and working out for an hour a day or more and I'm still gaining weight I am currently at 170 pounds but I want to get to 120 could anybody helpme out and tell me what I am doing wrong? This is what I currently look like
