Has anyone ever used the Today Sponge and had bleeding afterwards? I saw blood in my discharge and got my SO to take it out and when it was it was completely bloody and torn in half. I never felt any discomfort when it was in so I don't know where the bleeding is coming from (I finished my period last week). Maybe it wasn't positioned properly and caused chafing and abrasion?
