At 03.10am UK time my waters burst 10 min later I started contracting, my contractions came very intense very quickly and we headed to the hospital where I had planned to have a water birth but as she wasn't engaged enough I wasn't allowed in for there was a small risk of a cord prolapse my labour progressed very quickly I was moved to the delivery suit where I started to get the urge to push, I was given diamorphine and Gas and air, I started pushing and my baby girl was delivered whilst on my knees leaning over the bed at 08.04am, from waters going to baby in my arms 4hrs 56min. We were discharged and on our way home by 1 pm.
