What should I do? 😔

So me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years, and today we were sitting in the hallway talking and he brought up how his dad is thinking about moving. his dad is our football coach at school and my Boyfriend doesn't think he will get a scholarship for football at our school and is thinking about moving. And he asked me how I felt about it and I honestly don't know what to say :( Ilove him with all my heart but I care so much about him and want him to succeed in his career so what do I say to him? Do I tell him I want him to stay? Or tell him he needs to go for his future 😭 he said he doesn't want to leave me and I don't want him to either but I want him to follow his dreams and I have no idea what to say to him any suggestions??
