Getting through the first trimester!

I can't believe I'm 5 weeks along today! I also can't believe I have 7 weeks left of my first trimester. Does time seem like it's moving slower now that you got your BFP? I only found out a week ago and it feels like it's been forever!!! Anyone doing anything now? I waited so long for this and now feel like there's nothing to do but wait more!
