You should follow the bible 100%
Posted this in religion & spirituality but I see this go on more here Sooooo.....
I just want this out there to maybe help educate the non religious people that throw out stuff like "If you believe in the bible, then you should follow it 100% or else you're a hypocrite." "You shouldn't eat beef." "You shouldn't wear mixed cloths." Blah Blah.....
Those are not good arguments!
We Christians are unable to follow the rules of the bible to a T because it is impossible! Jesus died for our sins because he knew we were unable to do such. He knew we couldn't follow every rule. Besides the bible was written in a different time period where things it says were legal then. Where as now if we were to do some of the things the bible mentions, we would be imprisoned.
I'm sure my post won't change a thing,
I'm just annoyed at seeing people try to use that as an argument against anything that has to do with religion.
Oh & before anyone tries to say anything about me possibly using religion as an argument against anything like abortion or gay marriage or anything else in those categories I don't do that because I'm not one to judge someone else's life that has nothing to do with my own.
