Would you know if you miscarried?

If you are early into your pregnancy could you miscarry without feeling any pain, cramps or bleeding?

You would know

You would have a lot of bleeding, and most likely pass the sac that the baby was in.

Ive had 1 its very painful and a lot of bleeding they made me pass it without a dnc so it was really bad for me i remember hurting so bad and going to the hospital i dont remember how i got there or how i got back home thr pain was so bad but i am pretty sure if u had a miscarriage u would definitely know

You can have whats called a missed/silent miscarriage where you dont have any pain or bleeding.  I had this @ 9wk didn't know till I got an ultrasound to detect no HB. Had to get a erpc the next day.

I didn't have a lot of pain, but the passing of everything was very traumatic and very obvious. I was 8 weeks.

I miscarriage at 10 weeks not much blood but had a dnc Jesse heart stoped after maybe 5 days the cramps hurt and  I was in a lil pain

I was a month pregnant and I had horrible pains and a lot of bleeding and cramping . Felt like I was getting stabbed repeatedly . Worst feelin in the world . Doctors told me he's surprised I didn't pass out from the amount of pain I was in . I guess it depends
