Can anyone relate? Success stories maybe?

Hey guys!

I'm Elizabeth, I'm 19 in march, and hapilly married to my wonderful husband, I have had 4 miscarriages in the past 3 years, still trying. I refuse to give up, but at the same time I am terrified to get pregnant again. I was wondering if anyone else has been through, or is going through this and could possibly give me advice, or tips. Maybe anything that could help. I am also rh negative, but have been told all 4 times that the rhogam shot isn't needed, untill the 17 week or so. Or after miscarrage and birth. And that that would not be the cause of miscarrying so early.. Im so worried that ill never have a child of my own..
