Perturbed!

Our home owners association did nothing to clear the snow/ice from our parking lot! I fell trying to get to my car. I luckily didn't fall hard and me and baby are okay, but it could have been much worse! Feel like a mama bear already, I don't care about me, but if she wasn't okay...someone would pay! Just super annoyed no one cares enough to make sure I could safely get to my car. We pay expensive fees to not be in this situation. So annoyed!
