Where is my energy!!!??

Question

When will my energy come back? 9w 3d and I have not one ounce of energy. I feel bad dishes and laundry getting over looked. Any suggestions on how to power through or maybe another form of energy other then coffee?

Protein!! I get the energy slumps like crazy during pregnancy.  Eat high protein and lots of water and try to make your self get moving.  Dance, yoga or something just to get the blood pumping and you'll have a bit more energy. :) the slumps usually go away around the 2nd trimester.

B12 is great!! Or I get these little powders that are flavored and they go in your water they give you energy

Just getting up helps me. The last few days I've literally not wanted to get out of the bed. I'm so tired! But I just push myself, get up &  a lot of times I feel so much better!
