Is it possible to have 2 Lh surges ?

Delsie • Momma to Jagger ( 3 ) & finally expecting baby #2 OUR rainbow - April 20th,2016!! After 3 loses I'm so nervous! :/
I had a + smiley on clearblue digital on feb 14th so I'm suppose to be 4-5dpo ...but today I got my box of clearblue ovulation tests ( the line ones) and they are clearly positives!! What gives !? Has this happened to you ?
