Breastfeed and formula feed?

Can you breast feed and formula feed as well ? Or will it hurt the baby stomach? Just wondering who h is best?

Sure you can! My daughter wasn't gaining weight after a month, so we had to add formula. Eventually when I started drying up, I would give her formula with whatever milk I pumped.

I never had a full supply with my first, so we supplemented with formula. I still breastfed as much as I could, then gave a bottle after (both til just past a year). Any breast milk you can give your LO is valuable.

A lot of people supplement formula with breast milk. But when your milk comes in, it will be so much you can breast feed then pump and freeze the extra milk to use at a later time. It will be a lot cheaper too!!
