Gray hair at a young age?

Hi guys 
I'm 20 years old and I noted a few gray hairs appearing on my head...: I wanted to know the reason for it and what I can do to prevent it? 
Maybe my diet or something?

I just don't want grey hair at such a young age!!!

Btw I don't smoke, drink or do anything to my hair to cause damage to it.

Its genetic.

I started at 27, my ex husband at 18. Current significant other is 35 and has had it for a bit.

Mostly genetics, I'm 28 and have alot of greys, I started getting them in my late teens. If you don't like them all you can really do is dye your hair.

Had greys since 22, I've used hair mascara to cover them but if you have the habit of touching your hair alot, not good lol, I plan to dye my hair only with henna hair dye, as it has no chemicals... I've been through alot and have always been told to be very wise, which has been a myth or superstition of grey hair in youth, I've also been told not to cut them individually because it's bad luck

I started seeing grey hair in my early twenties. I think it's stress mixed with genetics. All you can really do is dye your hair or if it's just a few annoying ones you can pluck them out. That's what I do in between dye jobs because I don't want to dye my hair constantly over just a few greys.

It's genetic. My daughter started getting grays at six & i had a ton of grays by the time i was 12. My grandma was completely silver by the time she was 19. It sucks.

Genetics. My mom started greying when she was in her mid 20's. I found my first grey hair at 24. I'm 25 now and find more and more.

I'm tempted to just dye it all stark white :P

My husband is almost completely grey at 28...has been that way for years. Genetics unfortunately..I think all your can do is dye it

Genetics and stress cause gray hair.  I got my first when i was 16. My hubby is completely gray now and he is not yet 40. It really runs bad in his family i have a niece who is almost completely gray and she is 12.  When it gets noticeable just go to the salon and have it dyed.
