I don't want to accept it

I went to the doctor for my first ultrasound on Monday the 16th. I had some brown spotting but nothing more. She didn't see a baby when she did the ultrasound and I'm supposed to be 8 weeks. I'm still trying to accept it but I can't. She let me schedule another ultrasound in 2 weeks. I still haven't had any bleeding just the brown spotting still. But she didn't tell me anything else.
