Ttc difficulty

I have a daughter and I have gotten married to her (soon to be adoptive) daddy. We have been trying to conceive for a little over two years now. I have more than normal cysts on my ovaries and wind up in the Er due to them. Going to get an ultrasound done to check them now and get his count tested Friday. Hoping for good results. Really love it if they would just say hey you're pregnant. Wishful thinking
