I would say you haven't either. You can get a +OPK without actually ovulating. An OPK only detects the LH  surge. The LH surge then signals the release of the egg (ovulation) but doesn't mean you will definitely ovulate. Keep testing and temping until you get a temp spike. Good luck!!

My test strips said otherwise...unless they were wrong

Doesn't look to me like you've ovulated yet.
