Yummy Recipes!

I made this tonight and OMG sooooo yummy!! Next time I'm def not doin as much spinach but everything else was great!!

Guinness casserole. This was in the Rachel Ray magazine a few years ago. Cook ground beef with small diced onions carrots a potato garlic cloves drain the fat. Season with Montreal steak seasoning and some worchester sauce pour in a bottle of Guinness or another dark beer. Add to an 8x8 baking dish mix in some sharp cheddar cheese top with a defrosted sheet of puff pastry. Add a couple small slits. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top bake until golden brown    Delish!

Tofu Scramble:)Start cooking 1 onion (chopped)on medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil. Throw in one whole sweet potato chopped. Add in bell pepper and spinach/kale. Pour over 3 eggs. Add in chopped tofu. Serve with sriracha. It's so good and simple. It makes like 4-5 servings.

Old family recipe! Angela's chicken 3 chicken breast Heavy whipping cream (1 of the medium cartons or 2 small ones)1 Garlic clove crushed White cooking wine (with lemon is best but fine without)Lemon juice Butter Flour White Rice (3 servings cooked) Cut the chicken to your liking I make mine "nugget sized" and throw all in flour and make sure they are covered. Fry in a pan with lots and lots of butter I add a tablespoon every time I fill the pan with more chicken. Fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Once you fry all the chicken IN THE SAME pan add in whipping cream, garlic, 2 or 3 tablespoons of the cooking wine, and lemon juice to taste. Serve the chicken on a bed of rice and pour sauce over it. I also top mine with some shredded motzerrela cheese but that's optional. :)
