Day two of period I was experiencing severe cramps and leg spasms. I go to the emergency room and receive an ultrasound come to find out I have a cysts on my overy which is a chocolate  cysts or endometrioma. I didn't think anything of it until I started doing research and realized it is a form of  endometriosis. I have just applied for insurance to get this removed and was wondering if anyone developed full blown endo after finding out about an endo related cysts? I am 23 and have never experienced any thig like this so please ladies help me out! Thanks in advance

it's really hard!!! I understand how you feel! I have very heavy periods and big blood clots, it's more disappointing each month x

yes you can still get pregnant with one ovary and tube, your body just directs all hormones to that one ovary

Due to only having one tube. So does that mean I can only get pregnant on my left? Because that's where I have pain every other day when I'm lucky to get a day or two off from te pain.

My cycles are so out of whack I just looked through an entire year of logs and every month it's off and will be 26 days, 28 days, 22 days, 27 days, 29 days, 24 days, etc... I heard if it's constantly like that I may never be able to conceive. I also heard that I may only ovulate every other month

chocolate cysts do develop into endometrosis, I'm from the uk and I've  got stage 4 endometriosis on my right ovary and tube and a chocolate cyst on my left ovary. my gynaecologist said it will develop into endometriosis at some point x

I have the same thing. Stage 4 endo with large cysts. Just had it all removed. Do you ever have bad diarrhea or stomach problems?

Then I guess that means I have figured out what this pain is on my ovary... AF was six days late and everytime I begin to think this may be it here she comes. But this time was different... I'm normally 26-28 max CD and today was CD 32? That has never happened and I said last night to my husband that I really thought I was pregnant because without fail everytime when were baby dancing that's when she comes knocking and it was a few droplets now it's clots and the second I stand up I'm using my hands to protect my clothes and carpet!! :( there were at least a dozen little pin clots and once I did sit on the toilet, a urine-like stream of blood flowed for a few seconds and just did it again and it's only been about 4 hours... 😭😭

I have endometriosis and get chocolate cysts all the time. I actually had a chocolate cyst explode a week ago. When the cyst explodes it sends endometriosis tissues around your body and it'll attach to things and that's one way of endo to start growing. It's not fun and I've had 3 major surgeries for endo. TCC but with the endo and cysts it feels impossible for me.

I had a laproscopic surgery to remove scar tissue and cysts due to endometriosis when I was 18 and last year I miscarried and lost my tube because of the amount of damage it had already done. I still have pain on my lower left side which I find weird because I had my right tube removed.. I don't know if that will directly lead to endometriosis, but I'm actually wondering if what you're experiencing is the same as me. I've been TTC for a year now and I'm scared because of my history I will never be able to. Get it looked at immediately and ALWAYS get a second opinion before having surgery or any type of procedure. Good luck! ☺️
