Has anyone else felt pain, possibly some sort of nerve twinge that is focalised in the butt area and doesn't travel the leg like sciatica pain?  If so have you found any relief?  I'll bend down to tie my shoe and feel a jolt of pain and the pain is so severe at times that I can't even lift my leg.
