Sore throat

My throat is killing me, I get some sort of throat infection frequently but this time its different and extremely painful , it wakes me up. Im in college I dont have money to spend at the clinic for them to tell me to gargle salt water or put me on antibiotics because that will eventually just cause resistance because I'm always sick. I eat healthy and am very healthy besides this. I need some mommy advice from you guys ♥
