Any else doing insanity to get in shape before getting prego? I had bad hip issues my last pregnancy and pulled a muscle in my lungs. I want to be in tip top shape this round to make it easier on myself.

Cyndee, I know you posted this awhile ago, and I was wondering how you like Insanity! I just started yesterday with the fit test (clearly I'm NOT fit) and did the first real workout today. I've had 2 MC and have packed on the lbs as my means of coping.  I've decided to start trying to get pregnant again in two months. I figure Insanity should give me the weight loss and fitness boost I'm after. Then, I'll continue with T25 once I'm pregnant. That's my plan, at least! So do you like Insanity??

I'm using My Fitness Pal and trying to make healthier food choices, so hopefully I'll still get some good results! Best of luck to you!!

yes i do! diet has a lot to do with thr results though. i have had to alter my diet to fit the insanity diet plan as a vegetarian. good luck with your workouts!! I started 3 times only getting through two weeks before i got better at keeping with it too.

That's awesome you want to start before, that way your body is stronger when you are pregnant. Even though maybe you won't be able to workout as hard while but can continue to workout throughout!! 💪👏👏 Good decision!! Fabi@Unstoppable_FitCouple

Great plan! Your core will be nice strong and tight , making labor that much easier on you and your baby too!
