Hi, I am trying to concieve but I am very out of shape I need to loose weight b4 I get pregnant. I need to loose at least 30 pounds. I just started to work out and eating healthy. (Not fast food, candies, soda or juice) and I'm drinking a lot of water between 60 and 70 oz a day. My issue is that idk how to plan my work outs. I need to tone up mostly, loose arm and belly. Any work out idea???? There is a pix of me right now. On 2012 I was 125 pounds now I'm 178. I want to be between 140 or 150. Thanks
