I'm 15 weeks pregnant and like most woman as far along as I am I have noticed my breast & nipples have become more dry especially it being winter. I am a absolute lotion freak all year around. I hate the feeling of dry skin. But iv been noticing more recently that even after I shower and put lotion on by the end of the day my nipples seem to be extremely dry. And today I noticed a burning sensation out of no where, took my bra off had my boyfriend check (it's getting hard for me to see them on my own) and he said the actual nipple was CRACKED😱! I couldn't believe it and I started to cry. I don't do well with pain (I'll have to get over that soon, I know) and it freaked me out. Has this happened to any other ladies ?! This is my first pregnancy and although I read was common in quite confused when I take such good care of my skin. Any advice? I plan to breastfeed/pump and if this is any indication of what's to come well I'm starting to get discouraged!
