Swollen and tender areola 😢
Please help. For the past week, my areola have felt swollen and tender and so has my nipples. I'm not due for my period in the next couple weeks so I know it can't be that.
I need relief! I can't touch them without them hurting. I tested 3 or so days ago and it came back negative. I just want to lay on my belly!
