Anesthesia 5DPO?

So I feel on the ice last weekend and broke my nose. Went to the doctor yesterday and he told me he can fix it under light sedative (not general anesthesia) on Tuesday. Or, I can wait a few months for it to heal completely (but in the wrong place) and come back for full nose surgery under general anesthesia at that point. Obviously I'd rather get it over with now while it's already jacked up to begin with. Problem is, I just ovulated yesterday. So is it safe to do that kind stuff if I may be (very early) pregnant? I don't even know if implantation would have happened yet??
