Does anyone else use this app to know when not to have sex instead of tracking your cycle?

Yes there are lots of women that use this as their family planning guide, including me.  There are many here ttc, but there are also quite a few that are just tracking their period (many young virgins, or those on bc), and then there are those who are using it as their NFP chart.

I use the app to track my cycle and fertile and ovulation days for the purpose of not becoming pregnant (for the moment anyway lol). I will use it when TTC as well in the future :)

Ovulation isn't an exact science. It would be unreliable to use this app to tell you when to not have sex. You need a real form of birth control like condoms or the pill to more effectively prevent pregnancy.

I am a very regular person, so I use this app to know when to either refrain from sex or use protection. It doesn't work for everyone, but it works for us.
