How do you sleep on your period?

I normally sleep however it's most comfortable for me but is there certain ways you sleep to avoid leakage or to help with symptoms like cramps or sore boobs?

I always lay on a towel so if I do leak I don't get any on the blankets.

I sleep on my side for like the first 2-3 nights and literally roll out of bed. I also sleep on a towel. I've still had mishaps but it's prevented a lot of issues haha

Depends on how yucky I feel. Sometimes I lay on my stomach or have my boyfriend lay on me because the pressure helps but sometimes I just lay on my back because it kills my back to be on my stomach all night.. Most times I lay on my side and have a blanket or pillow between my legs
