Unexplained fertility

Does anyone have the dx of unexplained fertilty? We have been trying for about 1 1/2 years now and have received testing and we are both normal. How are you coping when it does not happen when you know both of you are healthy? It doesn't make sense to me!

Any tricks or tips?
