My boyfriend doesn't go down on me..

My boyfriend has gone down on me once(we've been together 3 years), in his previous relationships he also didn't give/receive oral. I, oddly enough, enough giving a blow job. But he doesn't ever want one, but the issue is... I want oral & really, I feel like I NEED oral. Otherwise I never orgasm. To me that's like him never finishing, but he doesn't understand that.
